  RUDE OWNER, BURNT/OVERCOOKED FOOD, SLOW SERVICE
  
  I visited the Black Bull Steak House this evening to celebrate Mother's Day with my family, we arrived at our reservation on time and waited patiently for our meal that took 2 hours to be served to us. Upon the arrival of our food the steak I had ordered to be done medium-well came out to me looking like a piece of burnt beef jerky! While my mother, had ordered steak and lobster for her special day received what seemed to be chewing gum as lobster. Being disgusted with the food I was served I prompted the waitress over to inspect our meals she suggested that I speak directly to the owner/cook. While speaking to the owner about the disgust in lack of service and over cooked food he was not only arrogant and extremely rude but was in complete denial that anything was wrong with the food. He explained to me that they had been extremely busy throughout the night, which I had understood, and that I was to simply not expect good quality of food when it was that busy. I suggested if I could have a discount on the bill due to us already spending a large amount on the food and nobody ate more than 1/4 of their meal and he told me that he would take $2 off of the meals which were priced at $25 and $36 with no apology. He explained he could not cook a steak to medium - well standard and was very rude about the entire situation not being apologetic or understanding at all. The steak I received looked like it had been sitting on the BBQ for 2 hours and became so rock hard that it could not be cut through. What a disappointing Mother's Day. I was so embarrassed to take my mother, grandmother and sister there I will never eat here again. I am so disgusted with the service I have received from the OWNER of all people!
  
  P.S- If you can't cook a steak to medium-well then maybe you shouldn't own a steakhouse...

  The Waitress was tardy and Had to be told by the other waitress that we were waiting for her.
  Salad had more water than salad dressing. We Ordered stuffed mushroom caps.... what we got was small button mushrooms with imitation crab pieces smothered in melted cheese. I ordered chicken cordon with baked potato and my husband ordered prime rib with baked potato. He did not get prime rib, instead got a steak and our potatoes were so crispy on the bottom it was almost impossible to cut through it. Our first and only time eating there. Very disappointed after we were told that it isa great place to go eat.
